About
People often ask if I'm a designer or a marketer.
I never picked a side.
That's exactly the point.
Most people choose a lane. The designer who never thinks about the strategy behind their shapes. The marketer who hands the image to someone else, and loses half the message along the way.
I refused to choose.
I started with drawing. From 2019 to 2023, graphic designer: visual identities rooted in African culture, for brands that wanted a true identity. Not an interchangeable logo. Alongside, I ran Élite237, one of the most influential designer communities in French speaking Africa. Expanded across six countries, while I was still learning myself.
Then I moved from form to substance.
A Brand Management certification from London Business School. A Product Marketing diploma from AltSchool Africa, funded by a Binance scholarship. Today I drive product marketing at SchoolMo. And I run TEGOFACK Corporation, my company registered in Rwanda, where I build my own products.
Bottom line.
The same person who defines a product's positioning can design its visual identity, write its campaign, and ship the web experience that goes with it.
No one to reconcile across three jobs.
One eye, start to finish.
Proving Africa builds on a world stage,
Without ever losing the roots on the page.

How to work with me
I'm a captain, not a mediator. I keep a clear head, I decide, and I go straight to the point.
My communication style is direct. I say what I think, without detours or padding. It saves time, mine and yours.
What drives me, in order: a clear vision turned into measurable results, exploring new approaches, adapting fast when the ground shifts.
Give me a clear frame and a sharp goal, and let me organize the rest. I structure, I set deadlines, I hold the course. I work well alone, I don't need to be surrounded to move forward.
What works with me: explaining why a decision matters, not just what to do. Regular feedback. The same rules for me as for everyone else.
What doesn't: asking me to sell, to promote, to rally the troops in someone else's place. That's not my natural role. Let me structure and build instead.
I learn by trying, not by reading a manual. I push through a problem more than I work around it. My decision making stays balanced, neither rushed nor overly cautious.
What actually motivates me: concrete results, work that evolves, recognition that shows. A compliment with no follow-through barely registers. Real progress does.
